PLEASE SELECT PROVINCE AND RANK. The Provincial Collar Jewel is required for Provincial and District Grand Rank. It is stamped with the Province/District name and displays the symbol of the Rank or Office. This Jewel is for a Past Rank, (sometimes called Past Active), and should not be mistaken for the Active Jewel. THIS PRODUCT IS MADE TO ORDER AND CAN TAKE UP TO SIX WEEKS.
